PuffPrint coordinates with trusted logistics partners for delivery.
Clients will receive tracking information once the shipment is dispatched.
Standard delivery time: 7–14 business days after production (may vary by location).
Rush or priority orders can be processed faster, depending on production capacity.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).
Shipping charges depend on order size, weight, and delivery location.
Charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout or quotation stage.
For bulk orders, PuffPrint may provide special shipping rates.
Clients must inspect packages upon delivery.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to PuffPrint within 48 hours of receipt.
