• We ship bulk T-shirts, custom-printed apparel, and ready-made garments to registered B2B clients in India.

• Orders include screen-printed, DTF, DTG, embroidered, and stitched products.

• Delivery is available across all major cities and towns in India.

2. Shipping Process

• Orders are processed after confirmation of payment and design approval.

• PuffPrint coordinates with trusted logistics partners for delivery.

• Clients will receive tracking information once the shipment is dispatched.

3. Shipping Timelines

• Standard delivery time: 7–14 business days after production (may vary by location).

• Rush or priority orders can be processed faster, depending on production capacity.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges depend on order size, weight, and delivery location.

• Charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout or quotation stage.

• For bulk orders, PuffPrint may provide special shipping rates.

5. Shipping Damages or Loss

• Clients must inspect packages upon delivery.

• Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to PuffPrint within 48 hours of receipt.

• Verified issues will be resolved under our Return & Replacement Policy.

6. Limitations

• PuffPrint is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

• International shipping is not available at present.

• Delivery addresses must be accurate and complete; incorrect addresses may lead to shipping delays or extra charges.
