• Clients must provide accurate shipping addresses; PuffPrint is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect addresses

4. Pricing & Payments

• Product pricing is agreed upon in advance

• Payment must be received before production

• Bulk discounts may apply for higher-volume dropshipping orders

5. Returns & Replacements

• PuffPrint handles defective or damaged items according to our Return & Replacement Policy

• Non-defective returns (like change of mind) are not eligible for refunds

6. Branding & Customization

• We can brand shipments with your store’s name or packaging if agreed in advance
