At PuffPrint, we specialize in bulk and wholesale apparel manufacturing. Since all orders are produced specifically for B2B clients, returns are limited and accepted only in case of manufacturing-related issues, as outlined below.
Returns or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:
Damaged Products
Physical damage received during manufacturing or transit
Torn fabric, holes, stains, or unusable garments
Print Quality Issues
Misprints, incorrect placement, color mismatch beyond acceptable tolerance
Peeling, cracking, or fading due to manufacturing defects
Stitching Issues
Open seams, incorrect stitching, loose threads affecting wearability
Size inconsistency due to stitching errors beyond industry tolerance
Other Manufacturing Defects
Defects that make the product unfit for sale or use
Errors not matching the approved sample or final production confirmation
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos/videos of the defect must be shared with our support team.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Returns are accepted only for defective pieces, not the entire order unless approved after inspection.
Color, fabric, or print variations within industry-accepted tolerance
Issues approved during sample confirmation
Damage caused after delivery (washing, ironing, handling, resale)
Order cancellations after production has started
Custom-branded or private-label items (unless defective)
Once approved, PuffPrint will, at its discretion:
Replace the defective pieces, or
Provide a credit note for future orders
⚠️ Refunds are not applicable for bulk or wholesale manufacturing orders.
Bulk manufacturing may have minor variations. PuffPrint follows standard garment industry tolerances, and such variations do not qualify as defects.
