1. Scope of Services

PuffPrint provides B2B bulk T-shirt manufacturing and printing services in India, including:

• Screen Printing

• DTF (Direct to Film) Printing

• DTG (Direct to Garment) Printing

• Embroidery

• Stitching & Ready-Made Apparel

All services are intended for business and bulk orders, not personal retail resale.

2. Orders & Production

• Orders are confirmed only after approval of samples or design proofs.

• PuffPrint reserves the right to refuse orders that violate laws, contain offensive content, or cannot be manufactured.

• Production timelines are estimated; PuffPrint is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside its control (e.g., raw material shortage, courier delays).

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are as quoted and exclusive of taxes, unless specified.

• Full or partial advance payment may be required before production.

• Late payments may result in delayed production or order cancellation

4. Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only for manufacturing defects including:

• Damaged products

• Print quality issues

• Stitching errors

• Other production defects

• Refer to our Return Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and artwork provided by the client remain the client’s property.

• PuffPrint may use images of produced apparel for marketing purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Limitation of Liability

• PuffPrint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• Liability for defective products is limited to replacement or credit note as per our Return Policy.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

• Cancellations after production may result in forfeiture of advance payments.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Indian courts.

9. Changes to Terms

PuffPrint reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and are effective immediately.
